Wedding Day Logistics

In this form, we'll learn about who is in your bridal party, what family will be part of family formals, which groupings are most important to you, and some wedding day logistics.

Please list only the family and friend photo groupings you would like immediately after the ceremony. We typically recommend about 30 minutes of family formals with 2 minutes for each photo.
Start with larger groups first, then smaller groups as you'd like them.
Use full names for everyone so that we can call out names on the day of for groupings.

Bridal party point people: List your best man and maid/matron of honor as well as contact information for day of wrangling. *

Bride’s Immediate Family: List full names and relationships for the bride’s immediate family members who may be included in photos. *

Groom’s Immediate Family: List full names and relationships for the groom’s immediate family members who may be included in photos. *

Bride's Extended Family: List full names and relationships for any grandparents or extended family members the couple may want included. Only include people relevant to formal photos. *

Groom's Extended Family: List full names and relationships for any grandparents or extended family members the couple may want included. Only include people relevant to formal photos. *

Formal Family Photo List: List the exact family groupings you want photographed. Put the most important and largest groups first, then smaller ones after. One group per line. *

Special Guests or Non-Family Grouping: List any non-family groupings or special guests you want photographed with you. One group per line. *

Family Notes We Should Know: Share any sensitive family situations we should be aware of. If none, type N/A. *

Photo Timing and Restrictions: Please include any ceremony rituals, photography restrictions, and the vendor list with contact info for planner, DJ/band, videographer, florist, church contact, and any other important vendors. Please also tell us where each of you is getting ready, whether you are doing a first look/first prayer, and whether you want any family/wedding party photos done before the Mass. *
