Michael and Grace Photography - Wedding Day Logistics

This page has two separate forms to fill out. The first is about wedding day logistics and your bridal party. The second is about your family formal photo list that we will create from your responses! If you have any questions, please feel free to email us in addition to filling this out and we will be happy to help! Try to be as specific as you are able to at this time so that we can create your wedding day packet with an up to date timeline, shot list, etc.

Are there any photography restrictions in the church that we should be aware of? *

Will you be doing any rituals during the ceremony (ie. Marian consecration, Lasso, etc.)? *

Please include a list of vendors, the individual we can contact, and the contact information. This includes DJ, Videographer, Floral, Cake, Hair, Makeup, Venue, Church, Etc. *

Then, please provide any additional photo groupings you would like on your wedding day. We will create a shot list to review during our one month call and finalize before the wedding day!
